Walk For Fitness

I decided to try a new way of keeping fit.

I am growing fat and this is due to me not exercising enough.

Running is way too boring for me and I run out of breath too easily.

Instead, I carried an army backpack stuffed with old newspapers and walked for 2 straight hours without stopping for a break.

So I actually managed to reach Fort Road before turning back and reach home in exactly 2 hours.

In doing so, I actually managed to clock 11,500 steps!

Will try this again soon!
