Right now it is just one run a week.
I try to make sure I run for about an hour.
At present all I can manage is touching the East Coast Sailing Centre and back, which clocks about 8km for me.
Not the most optimal but at least I get some exercise in.
Something about running ECP in the mornings that is very therapeutic.
Also my heart is not feeling so good what with my current wanton lifestyle at work.
Definitely not forgetting the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore come year end!
