Something for the old-timers. Even though its a Malaysian production, alot of our old habits are really similar.
Travel
So much travelling these days.
Whether on a plane, train, bus, car or on foot, prolonged travelling sucks.
It's really a waste of precious time. And time now, is very precious to me.
I wish someone would have invented a faster mode of travel.

Ancestry
Found out alot about my own ancestry today.
I am the 28th generation of the 蓝 family. My grandfather was of the 26th, my father the 27th, and my kids the 29th.
This means that the 蓝 sirname has existed for more than 700 years! Back to during the Ming dynasty!
My paternal grandfather was from Dabu County (大埔县), which is a district of Meizhou, Guangdong province of China. To narrow it even further, he was from HuLiao Township (湖寮镇). Read more here!
My paternal grandmother was from Pontianak, Indonesia. Read more here!

Linsanity Slowly Ebbing
With a third straight loss on the road, the whole Linsanity of the hype that is Jeremy Lin is definitely ebbing.
It's quite hard to put the entire blame on him even though his poor shooting and high turnover rate are significant factors. Here are the other reasons:
- The three losses were on the road
- They were all past championship winners (Boston, Dallas, San Antonio)
- 'Melo is hogging the ball (he's already admitted it's hard adjusting)
Still, am hoping the Knicks make the playoffs or at least start winning some games.

TMC Explosion
Who says Singaporeans aren't having babies? Thomson Medical Center (TMC) is full all the time!
I'm not sure if ALL the mothers are Singaporeans, but TMC is exploding at the seams with this baby delivery business. It must be making good profits if not for that IVF baby mixup reported in the news some time back.
That being said, I have to say that it's staff and nurses still give tip-top service and care so that it is very helpful for the delivering mothers.
The hospital is also going through a round of refurbishment and renovations too.
Don't ask me about the gynaes though!
