Can you believe that this is the first run I've had in more than a month?
My last full workout was on the 14th of Nov!
Anyway I did the exact same route and considering how long since I last ran, I possessed good enough stamina to actually run non-stop for 80% of my standard route.
Followed by the static workout and the walk up 15 stories of stairs as usual.
Hopefully I have more discipline to do this at least once a week from now on. Can really feel the unhealthiness creeping into my body. Feeling fatigued and sluggish these days, with inner aches from dunno where.
Thankfully not falling sick. Yet.
