Buangkok Workout

Wah I think I might fail my IPPT this year.

Just had a quick workout downstairs. 

In 20min, I managed to:

- jog 1km
- do 4 pull-ups
- do 40 sit-ups
- do 18 1/2pull-ups
- do 10 push-ups

That's all.

So screwed.
