The USD has hit it's borrowing limit.
Come Aug 2nd, something will have to give, either the debt ceiling is raised or spendig reduced. Otherwise, an unthinkable US default might occur.
Unthinkable? Think again.
Time to bet on EURUSD hitting 1.7 by then perhaps?
