This morning I was at the local polyclinic.
Nurse: You got flu ah?
Me: No. Morning sickness.
Nurse: Eh, morning sickness is for women.
Me: Oh yah, sorry, morning sinus.
Nurse: Got see doctor? (she said this line 3 times over 3 different things)
Me: Zzzzzzz
