The girl made these for the gramps!
So cute.
The little tidbits in my life.
This is my new favourite happy food.
Korean bingsu, which is like ice kachang.
Its just so good and the stall I love is in Somerset 313 called Oma Spoon.
So delicious!
Brought the kids to play VR.
The wifey and I tried it out the first time during her birthday in August.
Decided to try it out with the kids at Somerset 313.
It was super fun although we obviously didn't try the zombies one.
They had so much fun!
Welcome to a preview of the metaverse!
Kway chap is something I love.
I also like to eat at Bedok South Food Centre and this was a very popular stall.
Got to eat a sumptuous meal with the wifey over lunch lately.
Managed to do the ECP to Keppel to Alexandria to Labrador Park route this time.
A dangerous route because of the amount of road cycling needed.
Still it was quite a highlight for me.
Its been a while since I last jogged along the ECP.
I've not been doing that much, preferring my favourite Siglap-Kembangan route.
Actually bumped into my dad too.
Here's some pictures!
My only NBA jersey.
Its a fake Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jersey that I bought in Bali I think.
I still like it quite a lot though.
Have hardly played basketball in a long time, but here's me trying to look a little cool.
Played golf with Saxo colleagues Eugene, Kevin and Marcus recently.
Kevin managed to get us a game at Sentosa Golf Club, Tanjong course.
It was so beautiful to play again after such a long time.
I think its been two years since I last played on an actual course?
It was so bad that I was getting injuries and blisters easily, my glove was torn, and even my golf shoes were totally worn off!
Ended up shooting a 110.
Got to beat Eugene on this super rare occasion.
Here're some beautiful pictures.
This would be a dream.
Imagine one day being able to play a round of golf with my son.
I sure hope so.
That would make me so happy.
Here he is practicing.
He's not really good.
Yet.
But it seems like he has some interest.
When Singapore announced the Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL), with Germany and Brunei the first two countries, we booked our trip two months in advance.
Suddenly it feels as though we should have gone earlier.
With a few more weeks to go, it appears our trip is hanging in the balance.
Spiking cases in Germany, a new Omicron variant, a harsh winter onset in Europe.
Will we still go?
It is currently hanging by a thread.
Hopefully we can go and come back with no issues.
I feel more disappointed than angry after last night’s game.
Ole will always be a legend to me. He loves this club so much.Another week, another shite result.
This was up there with losing 5-0 to Liverpool just two weeks ago.
City was in top form, controlling the game from start to finish.
The score line was flattering to us as DDG saved us time and time again.
By the second half, we just seemed to give up.
Other than DDG and Bruno, no one else really wanted to try to come back from this, especially with City’s dominant possession play just numbing our players into submission.
So terrible, so disappointing to watch.
The most incredible stats were that our own team has more shots on target against OUR OWN keeper than against City’s keeper.
What type of joke is that?!
Ole is fully responsible for this mess.
He needs to go as he’s lost the dressing room.
The players don’t want to try for him anymore.
Yet there does not appear to be an adequate replacement.
This is so frustrating for all fans, sadly.
Another wasted season.
GGMU!!!
Just when we thought Ole would get the sack.
We come back from last week’s home loss to Liverpool with a defiantly big win against Spurs on their own patch.
Can’t get more dramatic, but Ole was desperate enough to change his formation.
The 3-5-2 suddenly unlocked the potential of a Ronaldo-Cavani front two, and boy was that sweet to watch.
The dynamic duo of McFred also shined in this formation.
AWB and Shaw looked more confident, particularly AWB looking far better defensively than when he was part of a back four.
And of course even the shit Maguire came good. Still edgy and scary at times with how he lingers on the ball.
But with Varane the rock in the middle, and Lindelof to support, Maguire’s sloppy and clumsy influence was negated.
DDG didn’t even have one save to make, such was how abysmal Spurs were,
And the today we read of Spurs coach Nuno getting sacked.
I’m not fully convinced about Ole yet, but this game definitely bought him some time. Yet the coming fixture list is still really tough and things might swing from good to ugly really, really quickly.
Next up, Atalanta, and then Man City at the weekend.
Hope we can win both games.
GGMU!!!
