I play basketball with the kids on most Sundays now.
Both teens are getting better and better.
Soon they will be beating me effortlessly. I used to beat them effortlessly but now we are starting to be on par. My body is degrading while theirs are growing stronger by the day.
We’d play a first round of primary/secondary school. Then 2v1 which I’m still winning. Then we go to the exercise area to do static exercises and see who can hang on the handle bar the longest.
End it off with chin chow from Marine Terrace hawker centre. Well deserved.
