Growing Fat

Wow.

It's dawned on me that I have quite abit of a tummy.

Blame it on the Chinese New Year goodies.

Blame it on the lack of exercise.

Blame it on work.

Blame it on my sore knee.

Enough is enough. 

Time to work out.
