Denmark & Sweden 2019 - LEGO Preview

Just uploading all the photos I want to upload from the trip alone has taken me almost two hours.

It is finally done, but I really have no strength to post the day by day plus pictures.

So I'll just do a quick preview post of the rare LEGO sets I took while I was in LEGOLand.

Some are rare, some have just been issued and looked cool.

There was even a LEGOLand exclusive set which at the time I felt was a total ripoff, it was such a small and simple set. Yet now I kinda regret not buying it :(

Haven't Blogged For Too Long

OMG!

Just realized that I haven't blogged for SO long!

There was of course that mega family holiday.

And then by the time I came back I was just so mega busy.

I promise I'll update the blog with many fun and colourful posts soon!

Traffic Fine Let Off

Last weekend we went to eat East Coast Prawn Mee and I parked at the usual parking area inside the St Patricks neighbourhood.

After lunch I came back to find this parking ticket on my windshield.

Was a little bummed out as I had parked there for ten over years and never gotten a fine there before.

Read on the forums that it was a $70 fine infringement.

Kinda ruined my day.

Then this weekend, the Land Transport Authority sent me the compounded fine amount AND the a lenient waiver of this fine.

Totally made my day.

So happy!

Survived Another Futsal Game

Managed to survive and even score a wonder goal in the process!

It may be taking me longer to recover.

It may be that I am slower these day.

It may be that I am less skillful that I was before.

It may be that I am less fit to stay in the game for prolonged periods.

But it is still good exercise.

The aim nowadays is really just not to get injured and get a good run-out that's all.

Long may this continue.

Hong Kong 2019

Alongside Tokyo, I had a very quick stopover in Hong Kong, less than 24hrs in fact.

This was a good thing considering all the protests going on in HK now that's getting more and more violent.

Didn't dare to wear any black t-shirt, which was the colour of the protesters.

Airport security was very tight, this after the protesters mobbed the place and caused pandemonium amongst overseas travellers several weeks ago.

In the end, these are all the pictures I have of this short work trip.

Tokyo, Japan 2019

My annual work trip to Tokyo was due.

It was a short one but I had fun nonetheless.

Here are some nice pictures.

The food was as always, VERY satisfying.

Avengers Endgame - My Favourite Part

I love Avengers Endgame the movie.

Probably is the best movie ever IMHO.

The best part for me is the final half hour battle between Thanos' army and the Avengers.

Managed to catch the movie on the flight to Tokyo and I actually rewatched that part twice.

A even within that favourite fight scene, the below was my favourite line by Thanos, who incidentally had A LOT of quote-worthy lines in both Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame.

Mapped things out pretty well.

Really looking forward to this trip with the kids.

Will be covering Denmark and Sweden.
